Previous Galaxy S11 camera specifications leaks had initially pointed towards a second-generation 108-megapixel-sensor. 8k video recording support was expected since Samsung Exynos 990 SoC also supports 8k@30fps video encoding/decoding capabilities.
In order for the smartphone to have enough hose power to offer 8k video recording, it will be expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. XDA Developers also hinted at other Samsung Camera app features including Single Take Photo, Director’s View, Vertical Panorama, Custom Filters and Night Hyperlapse. The smartphone’s camera is also expected to have a 108-megapixel resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio display. However, there have been different claims regarding what Samsung Galaxy S11 camera specifications.
Tipster Ice Universe had claimed the smartphone would not rely on the 108-megapixel ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor that was used in the Mi Note 10/MI CC0 Pro. Other leaks tip that the Samsung Galaxy S11 will have five different variants all sporting curved-edge displays. All these claims are yet to be confirmed and the smartphone might come with different Samsung Camera app features. In fact, the numerous leaks that surround Samsung Galaxy S11 have made things even more complicated with the smartphone’s lovers yet to know what is set to come.
Lovers of Galaxy S11 lineup smartphones will have to wait until the official launch date in order to find out what awaits them. As per reports, Samsung Galaxy S11 will be made available as from the third week of February 2020. The launch event is expected to take place in San Francisco.
